Shaunna Britee

Senior Property Advisor

With 12 years in the property industry, Shaunna has chalked up some impressive sale tenures at builders Burbank and Carlisle. Starting her career at Core at the Kaya Estate, then moving as an Estate Manager in Hillgrove, Shaunna prides herself on being known as a dedicated customer advocate. Her knowledge of the land, medium density and construction space continues to be unrivalled.

Andrew Bratina

Property Advisor

Andrew brings a wealth of knowledge into the built form team. He is highly specialised in the sales of built form product including new construction and medium density. Andrew has also spent time at Commonwealth Bank both in lending and financial planning.

He brings a level of expertise over and above, when he is taking clients on their home building journey. With a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University and majoring in International studies and Politics, Andrew’s customer relationship management and negotiation are some of the key skills Andrew excels in to bring great results in both sales and outstanding customer experience.
